My service advisor, Victor Torres, had the problem taken care of in record time. Victor has been my service advisor on previous occasions, and I have always been very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and "can do" attitude. His customer relations skills are above reproach. I appreciate his service and attention to detail, and I believe Dick Dyer Toyota is fortunate to have someone of Victor's caliber working in its Service Department.
