Excellent service recovery After receiving an estimate of $2200 for other services to my 2015 Highlander after a routine oil change, I was concerned. The person who gave me that After receiving an estimate of $2200 for other services to my 2015 Highlander after a routine oil change, I was concerned. The person who gave me that information even asked if I wanted to get a credit card to pay for the services I was told were necessary to continue driving my vehicle. I kindly declined but was thoroughly confused as why this was even necessary. After this bothered me for a week I called Dick after to speak with Chris the manager over the service depot who listened attentively and promptly asked if I could come in so he could take a look for himself. Fortunately he told me the issues mentioned were not necessary to be concerned with for at least another 100,000 Miles!!!! He also took me to the area where my car was being evaluated by him to show me what may be potentially be a problem IN THE FUTURE! Thanks Chris for your thorough explanation and attention to the needs of your customers. More
