My partner and I have been bringing our vehicles to the dealership for almost a year. We put a lot of miles on our two cars and visit the dealership about once a month for an oil change (alternating cars). dealership for almost a year. Earlier this year, we took advantage of the tire sale buy 3 and get the 4th free (an excellent deal that Sam's Club couldn't beat...and a better value--it is much nicer to have the tires done at this dealership, customers choice of drop-off, dealership pick-up or customer waiting in lobby). The warranty on tires is exceptional, we picked up a nail in one of our tires and today the tire got replaced (it only cost $30 for the labor). Lots of places measure the wear on the tire and pro-rate the cost which would probably have cost at least double what we paid. Often I choose to wait in the lobby, it is very nicely decorated with large flat screen TV's, plenty of reading materials, free bottled water, free coffee, free popcorn and a café that has food for sale. I feel very comfortable there and am able to attend to business calls, relax or stroll through the showroom and check out the vehicles available for sale. The sales staff are professionals who know their products and are easy to talk to. Chris has been our service rep. since we have started bring our cars to the dealership. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure our experience has been great. Today I met a new service rep. named Jay and he was very helpful. After I got home, I called to make another appointment with Jay to have the other cars oil changed. I like Jay and think he will be a great service advisor (as he showed signs of greatness--easy to talk to, attentive and knowledgeable). We will miss Chris (as our advisor) but we believe the dealership made an excellent decision in promoting him to a supervisory position. We know that no matter who helps us, Chris will make sure that we are taken care of and that we feel that our service was top notch. It's good to know that he's still there for us. I have all of my service work done through Dick Dyer Toyota. The service they provide that no other dealers provide is they will actually come to your office or home and pick up your car for service (i Toyota. All you need to do is make an appointment a few days prior to needing the service and you don't have to sit and wait in the waiting area! This service is Priceless!!! More
Truly great experience! I went there knowing what I was looking for and the price range that I wanted to stay within. Mr. Ric Player, who was my sales consultant, LISTENED to what I had to say and showed m looking for and the price range that I wanted to stay within. For that I was thankful. He played NO games and I got what I wanted in my price range and with the payments that I requested. This vehicle was for my son who is in college in Folrida and I wanted to make sure all safety measures were in place. I had a list and I asked many, many questions. They ALL were answered. Mr. Brett Crawford, who did my paperwork also was a great help. He also answered all my questions, and when I came back a few days later to ask more questions, he sat with me and answered all those too. I had a peace of mind when I left and felt like I was valued as a person first and then a costumer. I bought my Camry about a year ago. It was such a pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and had my best interest in mind when purchasing my car. The employees are extremely nice and very professional. I would recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and co-workers. More
I looked elsewhere when I was buying a replacement for my 2004 Toyota Sequoia (which was totaled 15 minutes after loaning it to a friend - fortunately no one was hurt!). But the staff at Dick Dyer Toyota we 2004 Toyota Sequoia (which was totaled 15 minutes after loaning it to a friend - fortunately no one was hurt!). But the staff at Dick Dyer Toyota went above and beyond to find a 2007 Sequoia (the last model year of the good looking Sequoia) and even added full leather seats after it arrived. I would recommend not only Toyota brand cars and trucks, but especially Dick Dyer Toyota for sale and service! More

They will have first shot at sales when I find myself in the market again. I purchased my vehicle from another local dealer and had a terrible experience. I want name the dealer but I will say their physical address is Lugoff. My advice--Stay away. Give Dick Dyer a shot, and hopefully your business. More

I went to Dick Dyer Toyota to get my 30 thousand mile service on my 2011 Venza. My sales associate Mr. Ric Player came to the service department and ask me to take a look at the new 2013 vehicles. I immediately told him thanks but no thanks just here for service. He said just take a look at what we have so I agreed to look .....and came home with a 2013 Avalon in which I am truly enjoying. Daniel Day is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with at any dealership. He's not pushy at all and definitely knows what he's talking about. He is the sale guy i'd recommend you talking to!
