If I could give no stars, I would. I arrived for my scheduled 8:45am appointment early at 8:30am. I scheduled a recall airbag replacement and was told they would order the parts. I was advised that I should have them run the $85 diginostic test due to the age of my car. (2004 Landcruiser w/129,000 miles) 2 hours and forty five minutes later they told me they didn't order the parts. They reduced the price of the diagnostic test by $20 and then tacked on $11.11 in shop supplies and regulatory fees!!!! The service manager hid behind a large sign and didn't even apologize for wasting 3 hours of my time. I have been driving a Toyota since 1990 and this is my third. All purchased new from a dealership. If this is the standard of service I can expect in the future, I'll take my business elsewhere. Truely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not patronize Dick Dyer. They don't deserve your business. More
Dan was courteous, friendly and professional. I was taken on my appointment time, and out at a reasonable time as well.
