The sales process was okay. But I noticed a crack in my windshield as I left the dealership. They also didn’t fill my tank all the way to full. They also only gave me one key. I realize they only got one key with the car but cutting and programming a key is very easy for the dealership to do and they didn’t do it. I’ve asked Ms. Blackman several times since purchasing the vehicle if she’d provide me an extra key. I even offered to pay for it and she has failed to respond. Very disappointing customer service and I will not be a follow up customer. More

This experience in the service department was very disappointing compared to the others we have had. I drive 20 plus minutes to visit this location for its service and this day we had a scheduled 3 pm disappointing compared to the others we have had. I drive 20 plus minutes to visit this location for its service and this day we had a scheduled 3 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, I had to sit in the lounge for almost 2 and a half hours. After some time, our service advisor, Daniel Peterson, informed me we were next only to wait even longer. I decided to go to this desk to ask for an update where he said he only needed to grab the paperwork. I waited another 30 minutes after this. I tried to voice my concern with Daniel prior to leaving where he initially decided to be argumentative rather than apologetic. He told me, "I never said it was ready to you, I said it was about ready." I told him that our previous oil changes were completed in an hour or less, where he stated the reason for this was because this visit was no longer under the free factory maintenance checks. This is concerning to know about your customer service when it comes to those paying and those who are not. In the end, Daniel asked what do you want me to do for you and he decided to provide a $20 off coupon for next time. I understand that it can get busy but please do better to be more polite and keep your customers properly informed. More

The car still has cigarette smoke smell after dealers treatment. It was supposedly treated with something and it didn't work.
