I had a pleasant enough experience in person, no issues there. My issues are not with the sales experience, it’s with the after-sales experience. Any questions I had were rarely if ever followed up with f there. My issues are not with the sales experience, it’s with the after-sales experience. Any questions I had were rarely if ever followed up with from sales (usually ignored), and any interactions I had with finance after sales through email felt uncomfortable, forced, or awkward, as though I was being done a favor being responded to rather than it being their job. I get that I got a good deal, but I also felt ignored or not sufficiently responded to with the info that I needed afterward. Just being honest, and it was just weird. I would still highly recommend Dick Dyer by price, I’m happy they price matched, by I can’t recommend by customer service itself. More

The service was not very good. May car was ready and waited 20 mins to get it. Had to go to another service manager just to get my vehicle.
