I had a great service visit today at Dick Dyer Toyota. There was a recall on my Camry that the service advisor informed me they could take care during my appointment if they had the parts. I stated that was fine but to let me know if they did so I could make a informed me they could take care during my appointment if they had the parts. I stated that was fine but to let me know if they did so I could make arrangements to get a ride home due to not wanting to be in the waiting area for multiple hours. Around 4 hours later, he informed me my car was ready but in reality he had me mixed up with someone else. He quickly rectified the situation and my car was ready Afterall but if I asked to be notified of the wait he should have informed. We are in the middle of a pandemic and you would think he could understand why I didn’t want to sit in a crowded waiting room if I didn’t have to! More
