They didn't have the exact car that I wanted but assured me they would fine one and true to their word, I drove it out of the dealership in 2 days time! I also had two trade-ins involved in my deal and everyone helped to make it a seamless transaction. The sales staff, starting with the phone calls back and forth with John Paul to the friendly greeting from Geneva at the dealership were appreciated - they made us feel like our deal was an important priority from start to finish. Then there's Roger Maxwell, what a guy - professional, thorough, accommodating and all of that with a great sense of humor. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime and have to say that I never had to much fun as I did with this purchase. Thanks everyone at Midlands! More

Wonderful Experience - Great Team! I had expressed an interest in the 2017 Passat and before I knew it, there in a text was video from Roger Maxwell introducing himself and showing the I had expressed an interest in the 2017 Passat and before I knew it, there in a text was video from Roger Maxwell introducing himself and showing the selection of Passats in the background. We spoke briefly after that and set an appointment for the next day for a test drive. Upon my arrival, it was as if he had read my mind and had selected the perfect one for me. Roger was excellent at keeping in touch with me and negotiating on my behalf. With his travel schedule, he wasn't present when I purchased but referred me over to Jim Hutson, who was also very knowledgeable and helped me in Roger's absence. The CPO Jetta we purchased looked like new on the showroom floor when we were ready for delivery. The paperwork and any issues were addressed and rectified prior to delivery.
