We had in fact visited the McDaniel's VW the previous day and were so discouraged that we probably weren't the best clients at first. However, Geneva's attitude, professionalism, and knowledge regarding both the car's features and the complete car-buying process changed our day completely. We are absolutely loving our new car and will most definitely visit Midlands VW and Geneva in the future for our next one. More

Geneva came in on her day off to be there for my experience as I had been talking with her via phone for many days. Test drive was great, process was great, and she even followed me to return a rental car. If you are in Columbia I recommend Geneva, a great friendly person, that was very helpful. Service after the sale needs some serious work. I am rather disappointed in the follow up to the issues i had on my original purchase. More

Stuck with a new car I can't drive. Midlands VW sat on my paperwork for over 5 weeks. They allegedly sent my registration information to the DMV 7 days before the 45 day temporary pla Midlands VW sat on my paperwork for over 5 weeks. They allegedly sent my registration information to the DMV 7 days before the 45 day temporary plates expire. The DMV does not have a record of having received the information, and I can no longer legally drive my brand new car. Midlands VW has not returned my calls or made any attempt to make this right. The actual closing went fine, but the lack of follow up in processing left me stuck with a car I can't drive. More
