Not to be trusted I stopped by to service my Jetta and liked the 2012 CC they had on the lot. Geneva appraised my car more than 50% under KBB and offered me the old pri I stopped by to service my Jetta and liked the 2012 CC they had on the lot. Geneva appraised my car more than 50% under KBB and offered me the old price instead the sticker on the CC window, $2k more. I was honest and told her I did not research anything ahead, was an impulse trade so she took advantage of this and tried to rip me off. DO NOT TRUST More

Really worked hard to get the car I wanted I went in with financing and knowing which car I wanted so I cant speak on that aspect of sales but from the second I walked in they were very accommo I went in with financing and knowing which car I wanted so I cant speak on that aspect of sales but from the second I walked in they were very accommodating and kind. Easy no hassle test drive and then Geneva spent a long time looking around and working with another dealership to get my Red Golf. It did take a long time to get everything done but most of that time was spent getting the car I wanted vs having to settle for something not quite right. Once we had the car everything went quickly and smoothly. My car was delivered the next day and I went and picked it up, came out freshly cleaned and waxed, went for a drive and got a full tank of gas, we set up the car-net, bluetooth, and went over the whole dashboard before driving off. All in all a great first time car buying experience. Geneva was Great! She worked so hard to get me the car I wanted and never pressured me to use their financing once I said I wanted to go with what I already had set up. More
