I called and spoke with Jon Teal and after a thourough conversation I decided to drive down to the dealership. Upon arrival, i met with "Big Jon" and was handed off to another sales rep. It bothered me a little at first since I felt a solid report with Jon, but Geneva quickly took his place and answered any and all questions that I had. The whole team that worked with me from start to finish treated me with respect and worked very hard to earn my business. I will be recommending this staff along with the dealership to others. More

First Volkswagen Had been shopping for a vehicle for sometime to replace my daily driver with 245,000+ miles. Joel White and Jim Hutson were patient and helpful answering all our questions while walking (in the rain) from one end of the store and grounds to the other while we compared and drove the cars in which we were interested. With their help we selected our Golf TDI. Afterward, Evan Kampen provided assistance selecting a maintenance plan, extended warranty, and working through all the business arrangements associated with the purchase. During our visit the Service Manager (I didn't write down his name) spent time with us explaining what we could expect on regular service visits, services offered, and their business hours. We don't purchase new vehicles often and want to feel we are entering into a business relationship with an organization that will continue to look after our interests after the sale is complete. Everyone we met at Midlands Volkswagen communicated enthusiasm for their product and an interest in meeting our needs. More
