You'd be better off setting your car on fire. I've been in twice, once for sales and once for service. Went there 7/1/22 about 6 pm was greeted by Shannon I was looking at a 2022 atlas we compared models she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the tech associated with it. Had my car at another shop was told I needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Brought it here and found out I was lied to by the other place. Cannot express enough how these people love their customers. Had taken my car to a local repair shop and was quoted over 3500.00 for a repair. I called this location asking questions about the repai customers. Had taken my car to a local repair shop and was quoted over 3500.00 for a repair. I called this location asking questions about the repair I was quoted and they not only were informative, but asked me to bring it in so they could put a second eye on it and give me a quote. Not only did they find the other shop had misdiagnosed the vehicle, the repair ended up only being 1200.00. The amount of transparency and care these people have for their customers is outstanding. I will only be returning here, plus my oil changes are gonna save me 15 dollars. More

We have new vehicle purchased from them with 3000 miles on it and car has several electrical problems, low oil pressure light on, been there for 2 days not 1 single outgoing phone call, we called 3 times on 1st day and our so called advisor told my wife she was eating her lunch. Call back later???? What kind of customer service is that. Called back 2 other times. She was clueless both times, said she called back. They closed. No phone calls returned, gave them til 2 pm today. Still no call. Called her back caught her in 3 lies in just that conversation. Asked for her boss, he is no better, Mason Auto group that owns these clowns should clean house It is emabarrasing how bad this dealership service department is operated. More
