Drove 8+ hrs round trip. The salesman didn't even show/explain the car to me. Pulled it up, handed me the keys and just stood there. He brought me 1 piece of paperwork at a time and would walk off, n show/explain the car to me. Pulled it up, handed me the keys and just stood there. He brought me 1 piece of paperwork at a time and would walk off, not explain anything. Some of the paperwork was wrong and he didn't want to change it, would just tell me to go on and sign it, they would correct it after. Once I finally got back to the financial office, the gentlemen had to redo the paperwork 3x bc of the lack of communication from the salesman. I then bought a warranty, because the salesman told me I didn't have a warranty on it, afterwards I found out I did. I was there from 9:15 am - 4:30pm. Finally got my vehicle, drove it maybe 10 miles and it started jerking real bad, cutting out and idling rough. Pulled over, called back, the salesman told me to disconnect the battery (with what tools, I just bought the thing). I take it back, the salesman tells me to pull into the far bay. I waited for about 10 mins, the Service guy is asking people why that vehicle is there (the salesman didn't even communicate with the service dept). I had to drive the 4+ hours back home, without the vehicle I traded in or the one I bought. Had to make an extra 8+ hour trip a week later to pick it up. The Service Dept (Logan), Finance Dept (Edward) and Assist Manager (Jason), would get 5 stars...unfortunately the salesman experience was so bad (negative 4.5 stars) it balanced out to 1 star. Wish I didn't make the trade and just kept my Jeep Altitude or did business elsewhere. More

The waiting room is fine. Services are expensive but employees are nice. I wish they had discounts for customers who bought their car there. They have bottled water and a tv to watch. The team was quite helpful throughout the whole process — from the salesperson through the finance manager. This is the third time we’ve bought from Midtown...and won’t hesitate to use them again. from the salesperson through the finance manager.
