We had a so-so experience...a long wait...they said they detailed the car- it was a terrible job! They jacked up their asking price the same amount they gave us for our trade in....then we had noticed we ha detailed the car- it was a terrible job! We would have to pay for a key if we wanted one. All I can say is the people were nice. More

Ive signed auto contracts before and when they try to sell you all the stuff at the end, in previous encounters,I've felt a lot of pressure........like I was an idiot for not buying all the extra coverage. Cap was not that way. He was very practical and made me feel like I was in control. I will go back to this dealer for future transactions. More
