I asked about a loaner car and was told there were none on the lot. Asked if it would hurt my car to be driven, they said no, so I picked it up and waited for the parts to arrive.
When we returned to the shop, they realized they ordered a wrong part and had to have it overnighted. The car was ready to be picked up that night. On the way home, the car began making a clacking sound just before turning into our neighborhood. The next morning, we called them to get a tow truck, and they gave us the number to call, but we were told by the towing company that Kia would only allow them to tow a 2018 or newer vehicle. Mine is from 2009. We paid for it to be towed back to the shop. The shop was not able to get to it until Monday. They do not have enough mechanics on staff, which we understand. We picked it up, and everything seems fine now.
They would call Lyft each time we needed to get to and from their location. That worked out very well for us.
