I have the same experience every time, I’m paying for s service agreement to cover my oil changes, but every time regardless if I say anything or not, when I go to get my car they have no idea. Ok, I get maybe I need to remind someone. What I’m getting tired of is being treated like it’s my fault they have to redo the ticket. And then have papers slammed down at me. Then I fee bad for upsetting the person waiting one me. With that said, I would have been fired from any job if I had acted that way. I guess what I’m trying to say is, if I wasn’t mad about the miscommunication, as the customer, and only voiced my concern for their inconvenience, why was I getting papers slammed on the counter at me? I guess it’s the shortage of employees, but I’m kind of dreading having to come back.
