The work order has 50,000 additional miles on it recommending I return in approximately 4 yea My work order must have been mixed up with another car. The work order has 50,000 additional miles on it recommending I return in approximately 4 years for another oil change. Based on that, other recommendations would also not be required due to mileage. Just a mix up I guess. More

Dissatisfied Customer poor customer service. Lack of empathy to customer. Then after 4 days finally received a loaner after speaking to manager. Then Enterprise told me poor customer service. Lack of empathy to customer. Then after 4 days finally received a loaner after speaking to manager. Then Enterprise told me they could not rent to me because Kia had an outstanding balance of $10k. Why would a company want their customer to know they are in that type of Dept. Horrible experience. More
