Disappointed The car I bought was supposedly just traded in. I noticed after I left with it there was a loud road noise. I took it back the next day and learned th The car I bought was supposedly just traded in. I noticed after I left with it there was a loud road noise. I took it back the next day and learned the tires were bad and needed new ones. Also, when I bought the car it was late and I drove away from the car lot about 9pm. The next morning I got into the car and it had not been cleaned properly. It was actually disgusting with food crumbs everywhere. They cleaned it the next day as well. However, when I took it in for the tires I learned it might take a while until it was finished so they gave me a loaner. Great! No! I get across town and smell a burning smell and see smoke from the hood. The oil cap had not been out on and oil spewed everywhere. I wasn’t even sure I could make it back to the car lot but I did. So we tried it again and I left with another loaner car only to see the gas light come on as soon as I get on the highway and have to pull over to get gas. It was such a wasted day that could have all been prevented. Bad experience! More
Quick and thorough I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early but they still took me right away. They said it would take an hour so my son and I walked across the Ki I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early but they still took me right away. They said it would take an hour so my son and I walked across the Kia parking lot to the Applebee’s and had lunch. When we were done, the car was waiting for us nice and clean and vacuumed too. More

Awesome Experience The experience was wonderful. They listened to our wants/needs. We both drove home in 2 new Cars a 2019 Sorrento for me, and a 2010 F 150 fully loaded The experience was wonderful. They listened to our wants/needs. We both drove home in 2 new Cars a 2019 Sorrento for me, and a 2010 F 150 fully loaded Lariat for hubby. Everything about this exp was amazing to say the least. Made us feel like family, no pressure, and they put in alot of hard work for us!!! It wasn't just about me, they fixed my hubby up. He needed it! I don't know how else to say thank you. We had our daughters with us, food was provided and drinks. We are so happy w our purchases. Jason H, Mike, and everyone involved in helping us we are so grateful. Service techs don’t do their jobs First off, this is the third time for this survey. Heather was great with communication and checking on the car. We dropped the car off on a Monday w First off, this is the third time for this survey. Heather was great with communication and checking on the car. We dropped the car off on a Monday with the following concerns 1- needed an oil change 2 - rear door wouldn’t open from inside or outside 3 - there are 2 sensors that go off every time you get in the car from the day we bought it, it has been in two other times for that specific problem and still hasn’t been fixed. We were told it would be one day. The next day we were told everything was fixed and completed, we drove back to pick up our car. The door wasn’t fixed and both sensors were still going off. We left the car and then were told it would take a week to fix the door because a part was shipped from Chicago apparently via walking. We finally got the car back and the door was finally fixed, But the 2 sensors still haven’t been. This in my opinion is very piss pour service. I have you a one star because of Heathers service and I can’t put no stars. I have bought two cars from you and I’m getting ready to buy another but doubt (based off this and other experiences with your service department) it will be from MidTown which is really disappointing because you have a new sales Rep Jade that I have been friends with since she was a child. More
