We scheduled a recall repair days in advance and were told the part would be ordered and would be ready to go. We showed up at our scheduled time and they had not bothered to tell us that the part had no told the part would be ordered and would be ready to go. We showed up at our scheduled time and they had not bothered to tell us that the part had not arrived. A man named Daniel told me to text him the next day to see if it would arrive. I did that but he would leave me waiting for hours for his response. Ultimately the part did not get in that day. I asked him if we could reschedule and he still has not responded to me. It is now four days later and I still have heard nothing. More
