Engine light came on my 2020 Kia Telliride so I brought my car into Midtown Kia and they squeezed me in without an appointment and checked out the problem. Great service people willing to help. They should at least let us know the progress of where the repairs stand. Very frustrating when they say they'll call and never do. Calling in is fruitless.
