Didn’t fix my problem 3 different times I have had something wrong with my tire. It’s leaking air. I have taken it in 3 different times and it still has the same problem. Doesn't follow through Traded a 2018 Kia (purchased elsewhere) for a 2020 Kia. Salesman, James, was great. Closing manager, Brent, was nice. But he had said he was waiting a Traded a 2018 Kia (purchased elsewhere) for a 2020 Kia. Salesman, James, was great. Closing manager, Brent, was nice. But he had said he was waiting approval on the small interest loan. I took the new car home. Returned to Midtown the next day with items they had requested. Brent said the low interest rate co denied my loan, but a higher int rate co approved it. Payments increased $30 a mo. Ok. Then the ball was dropped. My bank hadn't received payoff, on the trade in, for almost 3 weeks because Midtown failed to send the new loan co an official odometer reading or statement. That was ALL that was holding up everything. And I was also being charged a per diem of $3 a day. My calls to Midtown would end up in vm with no one returning my calls. The ONE time that I actually got to talk to someone was to the sales manager Brian. Who was suppose to return my call once he "took care of this matter immediately". But he never did. And was always "busy" when I'd call back One snooty young woman, that answered the phone, acted like I threatened her when I said that I would have to show up in person in order to get to talk to anyone. This started out to be such an enjoyable experience. And is turning in to a horrible one. I am now waiting for the dealership to send me the paper work to pay my tags/taxes before the penalities on that starts. I have to get another paper tag because everything is taking longer than the 30 day period. More

The work order has 50,000 additional miles on it recommending I return in approximately 4 yea My work order must have been mixed up with another car. The work order has 50,000 additional miles on it recommending I return in approximately 4 years for another oil change. Based on that, other recommendations would also not be required due to mileage. Just a mix up I guess. More
Purchase New Vehicle I purchased new vehicle at this location KIA Sportage 5 days ago (which by the way I LOVE it!). The salesman, Michael Aponte was polite, never pushy I purchased new vehicle at this location KIA Sportage 5 days ago (which by the way I LOVE it!). The salesman, Michael Aponte was polite, never pushy and very informative. The whole process was spot on including Finance Manager, Brent Sullivan. I even met briefly with the Owner at one point. Would definitely recommend! The only reason for a 4 star review is the detail I received on the car before picking up ( I left car for 2 days so detail could be done while I arranged coverage on Insurance) was less than desirable. I didn't notice these things when test drove so can only assume it was done in detail and attention to the details were not done. When I got to dealership the day to pick up they were still or just started detailing so I believe they were in a hurry but they had plenty of time from signed paperwork. On the passenger side upper inside door upholstery had two hand prints where someone had placed there to either get out or while they were cleaning car and then inside front windshield and rear-view mirror were coated with a thin film of what I can only assume was cleaner (lightly oily residue) as it had to be cleaned again once at home in order to see properly outside window. Only if their detail department would take as much pride as their Sales & Finance then this would have been a no brainer for 5 stars! More
