Showed up for a scheduled service appointment. They didn’t know why I was there, and didn’t have the parts to do half of the work I called in advance to schedule. After waiting several weeks for an appointment with service I was told they needed to order a part to fix my car. I called 10 days later to see if the part came in and was told I needed to bring it bac service I was told they needed to order a part to fix my car. Service manager spent 2 hours trying to fix it unsuccessfully then I was told I needed to install the update. Part of my problem was I couldn't install update. So I called again and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for another appointment. At this point I was fed up with Midtown Kia so I made an appointment at Ferguson They got me in the same week, they ordered the part the original service tech said was needed. Part came in in less than a week and fixed in 2 weeks. I would still be waiting for an appointment to get them to look at it again. I spent over 4 months trying to get Midtown to fix my car and they wouldn't / couldn't even though they new what was wrong. I won't waste my time going back More

Now they want to blame it on covid which covid was there when we bought the car. So I finally called a different Kia dealer and they did what you guys should have done..They told me they would check and see what was wrong with the car order any parts if they couldn't fix it right then and then have me bring the car back and fix it More
