Took my '21 Soul in for a scheduled appointment. 5 weeks later, after telling me multiple times they would get to it the next week I finally took it back from them. Never have service done there. Very friendly and helpful. The young man that help me was nice and had a very positive attitude. Only problem I encountered is when I got home and my vehicle after a couple of hour would not start. The next morning it was very hesitant on turning over. Went out to leave and it would not start. Come to find out the battery was dead. Triple aaa came out but did not have the battery in stock. My question when I brought my car in for an oil change do they check the battery and other fuel such as windshield wiper ext. when I use to get my oil change they always checked it. Is this something I have to request and pay with my oil change. I would like to have these things check to avoid any major problems that would cause me to get stranded as I did this weekend.
