Major problems with the electric part of the car went in with the problem and after a month with out my car because they were waiting on a fuse so they told me, and charge me almost $800. (unacceptable)... More

Being tolerant to the current market and aware of difficulties obtaining parts, my car sat at Midtown Kia for 2 months waiting to be repaired. Very little communication was initiated by service department which means I had to call for updates several times a week. Conflicting stories from service manager and "gatekeepers" who answered the phone left me feeling like I was being constantly lied too. I left a message for GM Chris Gibson with no returned call back. My car was returned to me missing documents including registration that was in the glove box. Car was trashed at return to me. Today the console underneath the glove box fell off indicating poor reassembly.
