I have called service dept. several times over a two week period to receive an update on the failing paint on my 2016 K900. I finally drove in to speak with Mgr. I have the same experience every time, I’m paying for s service agreement to cover my oil changes, but every time regardless if I say anything or not, when I go to get my car they have no idea. What I’m getting tired of is being treated like it’s my fault they have to redo the ticket. And then have papers slammed down at me. Then I fee bad for upsetting the person waiting one me. With that said, I would have been fired from any job if I had acted that way. I guess what I’m trying to say is, if I wasn’t mad about the miscommunication, as the customer, and only voiced my concern for their inconvenience, why was I getting papers slammed on the counter at me? I guess it’s the shortage of employees, but I’m kind of dreading having to come back. More

Since we bought our KIA Soul! The quality of service has deteriorated substantially. Most recently no one answers the service line. The voice mail message assured the caller someone will return the call “pr deteriorated substantially. Most recently no one answers the service line. I finally got an answer by calling the Sales line, which answered promptly—proving y’all are very interested in selling vehicles, but not so interested in servicing them. SMH More
