Since the dealership changed to Midtown it’s been horrible. It’s to bad you don’t have pictures of the entire staff. I came in get an oil change and a tire warning light fixed. Meanwhile I’m approached by the sales Dept to purchase a new car. Two hours later car not ready and no info on new sell. Well now I’m starting to receive the denial of credit letters but no phone call from the dealership advising me. It’s been 2 weeks. I hopefully will never need to go back there. As for the service Dept they were better than the sales Dept but they kept telling me the car would be East any minute now when I asked. They just left me in the service area with no updates. The lady at the window wasn’t very nice either. As if she didn’t want to be there either. I’m sooo done with Midtown Kia I would go out of my way and pay more to go somewhere else. They SUCK!!! More
