Everyone is really nice and apologetic after they get things wrong.....I took my kia in on a Thursday afternoon It was not scheduled until Friday told the guy I thought it was the belt tensioner and I ha things wrong.....I took my kia in on a Thursday afternoon It was not scheduled until Friday told the guy I thought it was the belt tensioner and I had already told the girl that scheduled the appointment the same thing and that I also needed an oil change did not get a call from anyone until the following Wednesday when at that time they told me my car was ready that the engine checked out ok and my oil had been changed I asked what about the belt tensioner he said they had nothing stating to look at that (in so many words) and he would send it back to the technicians for them to look at it another 3 days went by and I got a call on the following Tuesday that it was ready the girl told me what had been done which was the oil and they checked the engine out I said what about the belt tensioner she said there wasnt anything on the paperwork stating that they looked at it I get to the dealership to pick it up and the belt tensioner is on there and it says cnd I said what is cnd she didn't know so she asked and was told it was could not diagnose (so I am just guessing but I figure they probably didn't even look at it) I took the vehicle and left because at this point I was trading it in at another dealership....this is not the first time I have had an issue with this service department when I first got the vehicle in September of 2018 shortly after we bought it the vehicle locked up kia put in a brand new motor for me when I got it back the skid plate a cup of screws and bolts and other parts were in the back interior compartment of my vehicle and there was no dipstick in the engine (I have pictures still) they did give me 5 free oil changes and a detail for their mistake but....how does all of this happen I just don't understand More

I was told one hour wait for a recall. When I got there they said three hours. They didn't contact me when my car was ready; just left me sitting there. I just had my Kia serviced on something that was under warranty. I made an appointment and everything was done in a very timely fashion.
