Midtown was very eager to greet me and handle my Souls needs. Rick the service advisor asigned to my vehicle was very polite. We had a couple issues getting things coordinated solely on my end and through the whole duration of my Souls stay at Midtown Kia Rick went above and beyond and was very Professional through the whole Midtown Kia experience.
