Midtown Kia once again offers world class service. On Monday, I had scheduled some routine maintenance, and the service tech heard a noise coming from the engine. I was told the engine had a issue, and needed to be replaced. It's a 2015 Kia Optima purchased from Midtown with 76K miles, and to my pocketbooks surprise, the engine has a lifetime warranty. I was provide a new loaner until it was ready on Friday. Great job. More
