Was early for appointment and they got me right in. Kept me updated as to what was happening. Told me it would be 45 min to an hour. Took about an hour so all good. Only thing is this was first oil chang me updated as to what was happening. Told me it would be 45 min to an hour. Took about an hour so all good. Only thing is this was first oil change at 5k and I would have assumed tire rotation was a part of servicing but since I did not mention tire rotation they only changed oil. I would think any dealer service would include tire rotation. That's the only reason not 5 stars More

I took my Optima to because the paint was peeling off. The SM said he would contact Kia and I haven’t heard back since. Poor customer service and don’t recommend them at all.
