Midtown Kia - Service Center

From the time I pulled my car in, only one thing went like usual- the wo Usually I am happy with this service center, but this time I was unimpressed. From the time I pulled my car in, only one thing went like usual- the woman at the desk where you pay and pick up your keys was awesome like she always is. A customer service agent didn’t meet me at my car to check in; I went inside with a tech guy who happened to be in the service area to find someone to check in with. During check in, I asked for my car to be vacuumed and washed (which they usually include with the service); when I picked up my car, it was wet, but that’s about it. They hadn’t vacuumed it out and the outside was still dirty. My biggest issue was the smoke smell in my car when I got in to leave the center. I don’t smoke and I don’t let people smoke in my car. When I went back inside, the people at their desks come out and said they didn’t smell anything. After going back and fourth about who smells what, who doesn’t, and the car not smelling that way when they got it, they kept my car and ran a machine inside it that takes the smell out. I am grateful they ran the machine, but they aren’t going to be able to do that every time someone brings their car in and I don’t want to come back to a place that smells that way constantly. The entire area where you pull your car in to drop off to have a service done and pick your car up smells like cigarette smoke which filters into the service area lobby. I purchased my car from Midtown Kia and every service has been done there, but I’m not sure I will be going back. More

Great service was given a loaner car to go shopping while they checked out my car. Rick called me to let me know that i had several other things i needed while it was given a loaner car to go shopping while they checked out my car. The rest of the work was completed as close as they possibly could since I had to travel 90 miles . I was impressed with the building and the professionalism the employees were able to show working in that type of atmosphere. More

Don’t purchase tires from this dealer! We purchased tires 1 year ago and they have 20,000 miles on them got a nail in the side wall and took it in to use the road hazard warranty. Walked out showing we had a $60 credit for the pro rated tire in which they still charged us more than what we purchased the tires for! $137 dollars later and we could have went to Discount Tire and purchased the same tire for $98 😡 More
