Same as Always I have had my 2014 Cadenza since February 2015 (I bought it new). I take it in every 3000 miles for service. Poorly informed. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning for them to check out my alternator cause it was whining. Through out the whole day I never got a call inf I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning for them to check out my alternator cause it was whining. Through out the whole day I never got a call informing me of how things were going if they need to order parts or what exactly was wrong with my car. So by the time my work day is over I call to see if it's ready just to find out they are keeping it over night. Thus having to find a ride home and to work the next day. There was absolutely no need for them to keep it over night. They definitely stretched it out costing me more money for the labor. More
