Had a flat after hours and had to get a motel ($175.00). They plugged it the next morning, but didn’t work. I returned and had to buy a new tire ($180.00). service Department under staffed Service department doesn’t return calls for appointments. I called two days in a row, left messages but no return call. Poor customer service I am Very dissatisfied with your Kia dealership In Tulsa, OK (Midtown Kia). I love my Kia, but when I went into the dealership for an oil change it I am Very dissatisfied with your Kia dealership In Tulsa, OK (Midtown Kia). I love my Kia, but when I went into the dealership for an oil change it took 1 1/2 hrs. I was watching the TV while waiting and a salesman came up and changed the channel, and stood there watching it. I thought this was very rude and NOT good customer service. Also they allowed a dog to run freely through the dealership, which made me very uncomfortable. Recently my son went to the Midtown Kia dealership on my recommendation. He said the salesman was the boss's son, couldn't answer a question without getting help and said the advertised price in the Kia online listing was a mistake and they couldn't sell the car at that price. My son got so frustrated that he left Midtown. He ended up buying a New Kia Stinger at another dealership. More
