I called in to complain about you chipping my xxxx paint and doing a terrible job “washing “ it and I was told that I would talk to the service manager and it’s been two days and nothing. Dont tell you what you need to know Got a glat that BLEW across the expressway. Aa comes, no spare. So I come to Kia, where I bought it. I have never heardof having a car with no spare. Not only that, but sales comes back to tell me my tiresare DRY ROTTED. I haven't had the car a year; had to be sold to me that way. I cant afford 4 new tires, which I need because the car is dangerous now. Replace one tire that blew and left with no spare and three dry rotted tires. I wi be saving my pennies now, because I am NOT RETURNING TO KIA FOR TIRES. More
