Horrible director. Horrible communication. Horrible service Bad experience with service advisor. First time I came in for problem which later was told was because of a "faulty fuel system" which was supposedly Bad experience with service advisor. First time I came in for problem which later was told was because of a "faulty fuel system" which was supposedly replaced. Service Bay man did not communicate my new concerns and director disregarded problems. I told them I didnt want to work with the guy I worked with prior and he said "okay" and then turned right around and gave him my paper Work and I to deal with him my entire visit. Like I said once a spoke to a different advisor niether one of them had told her the issues my car was having a side from the check engine light turning on which was related AGAIN to the fuel system. She could tell me if the issues I had the month prior went hand and hand. I was basically told that my car had to completely be messed up before they could help me fix any thing. I went in without an appoinment I stopped by to have them adjust my inflate tire light due to the change of weather. I told him I needed to make an appointment to have my oil change I stopped by to have them adjust my inflate tire light due to the change of weather. I told him I needed to make an appointment to have my oil changed and he said how about now! I was in and out within an hour and he also told me I could stop by and get my car washed for free!
