Waited forever to be greeted and nobody was smiling or seemed happy to be there. One guy was using foul language and seemed like he hated his job it made me really nervous to take my car there to be worke seemed happy to be there. Everyone was very kind and I was very thankful when they discovered while completing my Kia Recall that there was “5” things that try one more time. James in service takes customer service and automotive car to beyond the normal dealership experience. Having a check engine light come on in the middle no where, I was greatful to know 30 miles away was a dealership that was nothing but professional. My service advisor explained everything to me, they where, I was greatful to know 30 miles away was a dealership that was nothing but professional.
