Been waiting 6 months for some simple clips from service dept and NOTHING!!! Stopped by last month and was told they were ordered and be here in a couple days and still nothing. More

Can't get a hold of anyone because they don't answer the phones. Had my car for 7 months and got nothing accomplished other than to tell me the cost is on me. Car is under factory warranty Kia Corporate More
