Their communication skills are not that great. They had my car for six weeks. He failed to tell me that Kia would pay for me to have a rental car. I had a hard time getting them to return my calls so that I would know what was going on! They finally got my part in from Korea (and that’s no joke ) and got my car fixed and back on the road for me. The biggest problem now which is not their fault is that I have to worry if my car will fail like that again when I’m on the highway Kia said they hope not. The low rating is basically because they will not communicate with you. More

I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from there on May the first. It had a crack in the sunroof which they acknowledged and said a new one was on order and they would call me within the week. Last week I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau because they were not returning my call. I finally got my sunroof installed 5 days ago. I will never buy another car from Midtown Kia. I was very happy with Jordan the sales guy but not with the GM who actually sold me the Altima. The car is making an awful humming noise now and I have only had it for total of 2 weeks because they had it in the shop for a week. The first loner car that they gave me, while my car was being fixed had no oil in it when I drove it to work. I then had to bring it back to Midtown Kia for another vehicle and the second vehicle had a broken onboard system so there was no radio and no connection for my phone through the vehicle. I drove it until my Altima was fixed. I honestly would have NEVER bought a vehicle from here if I would have known they were selling me a headache. I’m not happy with it at all. It seems as if every time I get in it something else is wrong. I believe they sold me a vehicle at a high price, with issues, to get it off their hands. I wouldn’t send anyone here to buy a car. There are other car lots in town that stand behind their used cars. They certify and warranty them for a couple of months after purchase so that you’re not stuck with a lemon or a piece of junk. More
