Held my car for a week and half, could not get in touch over the phone. I had to go in store to ask about my car after a week for them to say they’ll do it the next day. I bought the car last year. I immediately went in and took my car out. The $140 diagnosis fee, 100% not worth it. More

Took my car in for an oil change in September of 2022 and it came out with a crease in the rocker panel from the tech putting my car on the lift in the wrong spot. Dealership ordered a new one, after I pointed out the issue, and said they would call me when it came in and got painted. I never received a call and checked on part when I took my car for its next oil change and was told that the part was sent back........TWICE. It's now 3-3-23 and my part is ready to install and they can't put it on unless it's M-F. I'm not happy with having to take off from work in order for this dealership to fix something they messed up. If you bring your car here, check it over before leaving! More

Do not understand why it would take 10 days to diagnose a vehicle. If this was my business, I would have a technician doing diagnostics only.
