Kept the car two weeks claimed they couldn’t find the problem I brung it in for. But were able to manage to find all kinds of stuff they wanted to fix that. I didn’t bring it in for. I set the service advisor in my car I said, do you hear the noise he says oh yes, I hear it. It’s a rubbing noise. I said, do you have time to take a drive so I can show you where it gets louder. He said no I really have too much work today. I’m busy. Gave me a refund on the diagnosis and sent me on my way, good thing I had another dealership willing to look at it. I own 2 kia’s and a Hyundai. Have drove nothing but since 2005 guess it’s time to try a Toyota on my next purchase. I bought my first van from this place in 2005 brand new. Would have bought from them again, but I think that idea is gone. More
