Went in for a oil change and ended up trading my car in. The sales associate swore up and down I would be getting very close to what my car was worth. And before I knew it, my license plate was off and they were handing me the keys. I wasn't too upset until I got home and saw the actual value of my car. He knew I wasn't prepared, he knew I had no idea what it was worth. And he knew if I had a day to think it over, I would have had this info. I was shorted about 3k for what my car was actually worth. Other delearships were even offering 4k more. Communication was very seldom after that. I contacted them the next day not even 12 hours after I left with all of my concerns. He told me to even think about getting my car back and returning the new car I got, I would need to pay about 1300 for detailing and work that had been done on my car. Each. My car sat there over night. I'm sure they didn't even detail it that night, seeing as how I was still at the deleaship after they were closed. When I told him the value of my car from kkb and EVEYWHERE else, he said they use an auction based calculation system. I asked them how to worked and if I could see the report. If I could see ANYTHING with the value they were seeing. If that's how it works, fine cool, my mistake, but he said he didn't know the info, and no one else could get the info, or help reassure me that I got a fair amount for my trade. I could go on for days about this one. If your going to do business with them, make sure you do your homework first, because they will rip you off, and sleep just fine. More

Midtown Kia always takes care of my car courteously and in a timely manner. Everything from working with the sales staff, finding the perfect car from inventory, working with finance team and delivery of my new 2023 KIA Soul was perfect. I usually dread going car shopping because it is a long and tiresome process, though for the life of me, I do not know why. It shouldn’t take 6 or greater hours to buy a car. Midtown KIA has changed my view 100%. At least with their dealership. I can’t speak to any other dealerships and how they iperate now but I won’t use anyone else since my two experiences with Midtown KIA. And I love that they love and are involved in helping animal rescues. More
