My car had poop or very very suspicious food rubbed on different areas of the inside of vehicle. they forgot to put coolant in my new engine!!! They put scratches all over my leather seats and tinted wind different areas of the inside of vehicle. they forgot to put coolant in my new engine!!! They put scratches all over my leather seats and tinted windows. Yes, they did have my car for about 3 months but it was a disaster when I got it back. I highly highly do not recommend them. They were also very disorganized and my vehicle tech was never available so I could ask questions about the repairs they did. More
Only gave 1 stars because it won’t allow for negative stars. Dealership is the worst place you can imagine. Service department is so incompetent that they can’t even diagnose a simple issue. At the Service desk. E. Dubler was kind and courteous with explanation. We had to bring the vehicle in twice and he was able to witness our issue after the service guys s E. Dubler was kind and courteous with explanation. We had to bring the vehicle in twice and he was able to witness our issue after the service guys sent vehicle back to us. That is why we had to bring it back the second time. On both occasion the service department was able to reproduce the issue and therefore unable to resolve the matter. I enjoyed the customer service but as far as the service technicians, I can not. I can not speak highly enough on how well I was taken care of at the service desk by Dubler and I do not wish for this review to reflect poorly on his work. More
