My Kia soul died on the highway and I had it towed back to Midtown Kia to have it checked out, they said it would be $7k for a new engine as they labeled it complete engine failure but I towed it back to m to Midtown Kia to have it checked out, they said it would be $7k for a new engine as they labeled it complete engine failure but I towed it back to my house, put oil in it, let it sit and now it’s working. Ridiculous. More
They are very professional, they take the time to explain and itemized all the work they perform. The only thing is that sometimes the wait time is very long. It would be nice as a courtesy to their explain and itemized all the work they perform. The only thing is that sometimes the wait time is very long. It would be nice as a courtesy to their customers to have loaner vehicles so that customers won't have to camp out at the dealership. More

Bad at their job, no customer care. Bad bad service department, would not buy another car at this place. Service sucks and people don't know their jobs. Bad bad service department, would not buy another car at this place. Service sucks and people don't know their jobs. More
Again it was a bad experience. After returning the car because the initial problem was not fixed the first time(car quit running at idle speed) I had to wait another five days to After returning the car because the initial problem was not fixed the first time(car quit running at idle speed) I had to wait another five days to have it diagnosed and fixed. Master breather sensor was plugged. The first service covered a lot as the charge was $1100. When I paid, the charge was $1600. I questioned the increase and they adjusted it back as an oversite was made. The second time it was $90 to clean the sensor. Frustrated: 1st time. 5 days to diagnose and get the car running again. $1100. 2nd time. 5 days to diagnose and get the car running again. $90. The diagnostic equipment should have solved the problem the first time. I only have one car and as a senior it is pretty hard to get around without transportation. More
The Staff were very helpful. The service was done in a timely manner and within the time they said it would be done. Everything was explained to me before I picked up my car. The employees are nice, but the communication between service and customers is poor. We took my car in, they ordered parts, and decided to keep it for 5-7 days until the parts arrived without letting me service and customers is poor. We took my car in, they ordered parts, and decided to keep it for 5-7 days until the parts arrived without letting me know. I asked about a loaner car and was told there were none on the lot. Asked if it would hurt my car to be driven, they said no, so I picked it up and waited for the parts to arrive. When we returned to the shop, they realized they ordered a wrong part and had to have it overnighted. The car was ready to be picked up that night. On the way home, the car began making a clacking sound just before turning into our neighborhood. The next morning, we called them to get a tow truck, and they gave us the number to call, but we were told by the towing company that Kia would only allow them to tow a 2018 or newer vehicle. Mine is from 2009. We paid for it to be towed back to the shop. The shop was not able to get to it until Monday. They do not have enough mechanics on staff, which we understand. We picked it up, and everything seems fine now. They would call Lyft each time we needed to get to and from their location. That worked out very well for us. More
