I was am extremely frustrated with the service I received at Midtown Kia. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $99 for synthetic oil and service. This was an add on I did not get consulted on before the service was performed. My tires were not rotated. I had recently damaged a tire and the same tire was in the same place. On the checklist of needed service/repairs my brakes were a "yellow" indicating may need service in the future. My husband felt grinding the same week and checked to see if grime or the missing valve stem cover was causing the sound. He removed the front right tire and found a completely ground down brake pad. He was livid. More
