The communication was sub par. My vehicle is my only mode of transportation and all I wanted was to be communicated with so I could know how long I would be without a vehicle. More

Warranty/Recall work on Trailer Hitch finally performed after my third visit to the dealership. Letter I had received several months ago, with pictures of hitch, showed that I did not have the hitch that after my third visit to the dealership. They outsourced my car to a muffler shop without my insurances or my permission. Then they drive it to tne bay with a tire so flat that it damaged my rim and they didn’t even notice.? They went to Robertsons tire to get me a cheap tire that cost me an extra 200 bucks. I should have read tne google reviews before I took my car here. Lesson learned. These people are shady AF. More
