Hi Chris, Well it has been a bad experience since we financed our Telluride, everything was going well when we were with sales woking on getting the car but as soon as we signed the papers it wasn't a good experience, even my sister and brother in law who also have a Telluride have experience really bad service. They currently their Telluride in the shop for over two months waiting on a part to be replaced, they have 3 small children and the dealer provided them with a loaner car that was way smaller than the Telluride and was also malfunctioning, at this time it seems the dealer received the part needed to fix the car and no one reached out to them they had to go to the dealer to to get that information my sister's name is Sandra Perez & Claudio Perez. Thank you
