I thought high $/level service gets a car wash and vacuum. Nope! I had to point it out to the young man but he took no action. He only whizzed the vacuum on driver's side but still left dirt. My car and whieldshield is still dirty. Was relying on them to clean it as it's difficult for me to reach to clean. All good. Next time I'll stress my needs more. More
