There are not many options for Kia owners in the Tulsa area, so it may be your only choice. The staff was friendly and helpful especially dealing with warranty service. Although they often did not follow area, so it may be your only choice. The staff was friendly and helpful especially dealing with warranty service. Although they often did not follow through on their statements when they said they would call back with information or schedule certain repairs. Overall they had my car for about a month when the repairs took less than a week once they got around to it. They said they were short staffed, so hopefully this aspect improves, but I think they could have tried more efficient planning to not hold the vehicles unnecessarily. More
