I made an appointment to get a recall fixed. They told me they had the part in stock. After 3 hours they showed me a list of all this stuff they wanted to charge me for yet they did not fix my m They told me they had the part in stock. After 3 hours they showed me a list of all this stuff they wanted to charge me for yet they did not fix my my recall issue. I have yet to get my vehicle fixed. They want me to bring my Kia in and leave it for a full day which is difficult because my wife and I share the car. And I know the recall is just to swap out a part that maybe takes half hour. More

The service was great and I like that my car was vacuumed, communication was great from the guys in the service advisor area.
