Service Mgr. Andrew was great but the Associate Augustin is a total di@×he@d. He was rude,condescending and very unprofessional!!! After the 2nd time he said he would speak to him but I don't know if he actually did it. I've bought 2 cars from here and had to come for services here twice but if I have to deal with Augustin again I'm taking my car and leaving. He needs to be retrained or released quickly because if he did it to me then how many more customers has he been this horrible to.The tech that worked on the car was great too they called him Freddie. He diagnosed the problem and when my part came he had me in and out in 2 hours. Augustin needs to go to save future customers. More

First and foremost I was transparent in my situation @ the time. The dealership looked @ my bank account and had me put down $5k for the 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee had it for an a month financing fail throu the time. Was then placed in. 2016 Doge Journey Lemon had nothing but problems obviously the truck was sitting for a period of time. Dodge you can do better. I will never deal with this particular dealership or will I refer anyone. More

I purchased a vehicle 7/3 had to bring it back right away to get breaks, rotors, they didn’t finish what they promised as in taking off small dents from the driver door they didn’t take off the horrible odor to get breaks, rotors, they didn’t finish what they promised as in taking off small dents from the driver door they didn’t take off the horrible odor from inside the vehicle like they promised as well. I got the car back 7/9 picked it up and not even 24 hours with the car the oil pressure light came on I took it back. They replaced oil pan that had a leak and I got the car back 7/13 went to work when I came back home the light came back on and here we go again taking it back , they clamined to have checked the oil level and made sure there wasn’t any leaks and told me I can go pick Up my car but yet again they didn’t bother to check any sensors , pressure switch and other things that can cause the light to come on so I didn’t pick it up and requested it to get fixed . I got the car back 7/21 so most of the time the car has been getting fixed since I took it out , General manager sales man couldn’t even look at me when I went to pick up the vehicle didn’t even greet me as I came in , I know they we’re all feed up with having to see me come back just like I was feed up with the unprofessional car they sold to me. It’s a xxxx show dealership they only try to make the customer happy with free oil changes and doing the most to try to fix the problem but yet again having to waste my time having to go back and forth. More
