Service Mgr. Andrew was great but the Associate Augustin is a total di@×he@d. He was rude,condescending and very unprofessional!!! I had to ask Andrew twice to ge Andrew was great but the Associate Augustin is a total di@×he@d. He was rude,condescending and very unprofessional!!! I had to ask Andrew twice to get him to ease up. After the 2nd time he said he would speak to him but I don't know if he actually did it. I've bought 2 cars from here and had to come for services here twice but if I have to deal with Augustin again I'm taking my car and leaving. He needs to be retrained or released quickly because if he did it to me then how many more customers has he been this horrible to.The tech that worked on the car was great too they called him Freddie. He diagnosed the problem and when my part came he had me in and out in 2 hours. Augustin needs to go to save future customers. More
