Brake lights were not working, replacing the bulbs did not fix the problem so used a multimeter to verify that power was not getting to the bulb so took it in to Midway Ford in Miami. After 5 hours I called for an update and was told that replacing the bulbs fixed the problem. I asked for the estimate and was told $280.00 for the brake light repair and an oil change. When I question the amount I was told that if I did not want it repaired and not have the oil changed it would be $240.00. More

Also pleasant experience with the sometimes stressful final paperwork with the finance department Erki (I hope I got his name right) was very professional and no hard sell on the 'extras'. Did his job, showed me my options and moved on the finalize paperwork. Had one service visit to get the access code for the manual door entry (key card was not in the glovebox and Renzo was a great service consultant. Also stronly recommend. The facility could use a little updating but the people I dealt with have been all A-1!! More
