We decided to go back to an earlier dealer, which turned out to not be a good trade, so we called Scott bac person. He was straightforward with us. It was already 5:00, and we were an hour away, but he said to come back and he would stay late for us and keep his needed staff there as well. I worked with Tanner over a couple of days regarding the Jeep I ended up buying. The vehicle was not on location on the day I was originally planning to come for it, but he had it there the next day. The sales experience was easy and friendly, however, I don't believe the financing portion of the experience was as good. I felt manipulated form the beginning when I was only told monthly payment. When I was asked what the interest rate was, it too a while to get a straight answer. I was finally told that after partially explained actions, I was to get a 2.69% interest rate (I was approved elsewhere for 2.49%). I agreed to help with good credit for dealer, as it was explained to me. However, when I received the paperwork the interest rate was calculated at 3.59%. As I said, the experience was fine until the financing portion of the day. That is the reason I have given a good rating for customer service and friendliness, and only ok to overall experience and price. More
