For the past three years they’ve taken excellent care of my car, walked me through the entire process as though I were the most important person on their list, rather than the frazzled mom and nurse who procrastinated and forgot until the last minute to call about regular maintenance. And I know when I get a call explaining what needs replacing, nobody is cheating me- I just don’t have enough nice things to say.
